Incredible storm in Baltimore last night
July 2nd, 2009Driving into work, I looked out the window and saw water spurting 30 feet into the air out of a manhole thanks to flash flooding and grabbed a video. Pretty amazing. I didn’t get much of the lightning, but that was something else, too.
