Student’s For McCain

Actually for sale at JohnMcCain.com:

In other news, ObamaTaxCut.com made it to #1 on Digg yesterday with something like 3000 diggs in 12 hours before succumbing to the McCain Bury Brigade and being inaccurately labeled as “potentially inaccurate.”

Check below the fold to see the impact of being buried at Digg.

They may take our votes, but they’ll never take our syntax II

Looks like they cleaned up their act over at GOP.com.

However, they forgot to fix the press release:

WASHINGTONThe Republican National Committee (RNC) launched a new clock today counting the time until Sen. Joe Biden’s next gaffe.

Just 12 hours after being chosen as Barack Obama’s running mate, Biden made his first gaffe at 3:31 p.m. EDT.  The RNC’s new clock will count the hours, minutes and seconds until Biden’s next slip up on the campaign trail.

Lastly, I note that Biden successfully navigated his first day of solo campaigning, staying gaffe-free. Also, a clock doesn’t count time, it keeps it.  A timer counts time.  If the GOP wants to incorporate my changes, no credit is needed:

A mile thick

Tuesday, August 26th, 2008

In an alley behind a non-descript row of brick buildings on North Speer Boulevard, and on the other side of a large metal gate with armed guards standing in front, Republicans have set up a “war room” in Denver.

“Just consider this the Ministry of Truth,” quipped Dick Wadhams, chairman of the Colorado Republican Party.

The interior of the 30,000-square foot building is marked by trendy light fixtures and concrete floors. A press conference area is equipped with a podium and framed by a background that repeats the oppo center’s message, “Not Ready ‘08: A mile high, an inch deep.”
